  • Successfully represented (To Give Justice to an 85-year-old Individuals) in Delhi High Court against SEBI, Investor Education and Protection Fund, BSE and Bayer India in the matter of Dematerialisation of Share Fraud.
  • Successfully represented in Allahabad High Court of WRIT Matter for an NTT Group Company and fetched the Stay order from high-pitched GST demand in Single hearing.
  • Successfully represented an American MSME before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Delhi, the first of its kind in a Transfer Pricing/International Taxation Litigation.
  • Successfully represented ESM Group INC before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Delhi, the first of its kind in resolving the Permanent Establishment Dispute/International Taxation Litigation.
  • Successfully represented HighFive Global before the High Court of Delhi in a breach of Contract/Section 9 Arbitration matter against a German Giant Multination company in Consumer Products.
  • Successfully defended Zume Inc before the High Court of Mumbai in a breach of Contract/Section 9 Arbitration matter.
  • Successfully represented Reverse Logistics before the NCLT Delhi in a Section 10 IBC matter and consequently the Section 179 Income tax Proceedings against the Directors.
  • Successfully represented DMS before the NCLT Delhi in recovery of a long due debts from Steel Birds.
  • Successfully represented an FPO with over 1200 farmers before the NCLT Allahabad in recalling a Section 9 order even after a liquidation order was passed.
  • Successfully represented SttelMech in recovery of long due before the NCLT Chandigarh in recovery of Long due from INOX.
  • Successfully represented Pan Portfolios before the NCLT Chandigarh in obtaining an order of CIRP under section 9 of the IBC.
  • Successfully represented before the NCLT Ahmedabad in initiating proceedings under section 9 of the IBC against Reliance Naval Defence Limited “Pipavav”.
  • Successfully represented before the NCLT Delhi a proceeding under Section 242 of the Companies Act 2013.
